Haley Strategic MOD Placard The MOD Placard is Haley Strategic’s updated, modular take on the classic chest rig/placard concept—built for maximum configurability, durability, and broad plate-carrier compatibility. It’s constructed from a single piece of nylon laminate and reinforced with bonded bartacks, creating an intentionally rugged placard that holds up in high-abuse environments while staying streamlined. With MOLLE coverage across all exterior faces, the MOD Placard gives you a blank-slate front for mission-driven setups—run your preferred magazine cells, admin, GP, or specialty pouches without being locked into a fixed layout. The universal plate carrier attachment system provides height-adjustable vertical mounting and supports common interfaces like 1” side-release buckles and 1” G-Hooks. On the sides, multi-fit attachment points expand compatibility further, supporting 1” buckles, 1” G-Hooks, and FirstSpear Split Bar Tubes® for clean integration with a wide range of modern carriers. Sizing / Capacity Note: • MOD Placard: 6 MOLLE columns, optimized for (3) 5.56 magazines • (MOD Plus: 8 columns, optimized for 4 mags) Made in the USA from Berry-compliant materials.
